Your site must use graphics created by Backgrounds By Marie. Your entire site does not have to use my backgrounds, only the page you submit to the webring does. Please make sure you submit ONLY the page that uses my backgrounds. I DO NOT accept sites that are NOT safe for children to view!

I reserve the right to refuse or delete any website that fails to follow these rules. You must also NOTIFY me if you aren't using my backgrounds on the site you submitted so I can remove you from the ring. I also reserve the right to change these rules at any time without prior notice. You will receive your coding with everything on it in E-mail. All you have to do is copy and paste it to the page where you are using my Background. Make sure you E-mail me when you have the coding on your site so I can add you to the webring; include the URL and your Site ID. NOTE: You do not have to fill in a ICQ number, you can leave that field blank, Also, if you ever leave the ring PLEASE notify me so I can remove your site...Thanks!
